Wouter Tulp is a freelance illustrator and character designer currently based in Rotterdam, Netherlands. Wouter has created artwork for animated films, children’s books and editorials.

Fundamentals of Character Design MasterWouter will be teaching the Fundamentals of Character Design course at the CG Master Academy. This course will focuse on the general elements and principles used by professional artists in order to create successful animated character designs.
